Policies & Terms of Service

A friendly reminder 

 

These policies are in place to ensure the commitment on both of our ends, stylist and client. And non the less allow me to provide an exceptional service to all of my current and future guests. My commitment to you is my top priority and a huge value of mine as your hairstylist.

 

A card on file is required upon booking an appointment 

 

Booking your future hair date for the first time?

I do require a card to be on file upon booking to secure an appointment on my calendar. When you book online, you will notice this required prompt in order to move forward with the booking process. This ensures the commitment made to the time taken  when deciding to book an appointment.


Appointment Adjustments

 

If you need to make any adjustments to your appointment, reschedule, or cancel, please provide a 48hr notice prior to your hair appointment. I completely understand that life happens and sometimes changes to your appointment may need to be made. However, our time together is valuable and if in the event something unexpected comes up, I do ask that you allow notice  within 48 hours of your original appointment time.  If in the event this happens and I am uninformed, my cancelation terms are as follows below.

Rescheduling, Cancelations, & No Shows


If in the event  the day of your appointment approaches, and you need to reschedule last minute, I completely understand and will do my best to accommodate you within reason. If in the event your appointment approaches and you need to cancel or reschedule last minute, I do require a 50% charge for the services booked  to the card on file. To be re-scheduled on my calendar in the future, this will have to be paid in full at the time of rescheduling. If in the event you completely no show our scheduled time together,  there will be a 100% charge for the services booked to the card on file.  Our time together is valuable, and waisted time takes opportunity away from all  valued guests of mine.

Please Be Prompt to your Appointment 


Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you gain the best experience possible. If you arrive more than 15 mins late, we will  have to adjust the service given that day, or  reschedule all together if I am unable to work with the time remaining.

My Commitment To You As A Valued Guest

 

Transparency and communicationis another huge value of mine as your hairstylist, on behalf of myself as the owner of styled by Maria Lynn, I will always commit myself to providing an exceptional service start to finish.  If I end up running more than 5 mins behind, you will be notified via text message. You will always receive your full custom service, wether I am on time or running behind that day.

If I as your stylist end up with a last minute emergency, illness, or family matter, I will reach out to you directly to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
